We’re thrilled to announce the launch of Tactical Arbitrage 2 Beta. This early release centered on the redesigned Product Finder. This version combines familiar sourcing power with a simplified layout and faster workflows, built to help you source more efficiently. It offers a first look at what’s ahead in the full 2.0 rollout.
Why we built Tactical Arbitrage 2
Our journey to TA2 began with our users. Over the years, we’ve listened to thousands of sellers, from beginners just starting their arbitrage journey to veterans moving millions in inventory. A consistent theme emerged: while Tactical Arbitrage was powerful, the learning curve is steep and workflows sometimes complex.
Sarah, a single mom who started selling on Amazon two years ago, told us how she would spend hours setting up searches and filtering results, often feeling overwhelmed by the process. Meanwhile, Joe, who manages a team of virtual assistants for his seven-figure arbitrage business, struggled with training new team members on the platform.
These stories, and hundreds more like them, inspired us to reimagine what Tactical Arbitrage could be. We asked ourselves: What if we could maintain all the power and capability our experienced users rely on, while making the platform intuitive enough for a complete beginner? What if we could cut the time from search to purchase decision in half?
We assembled a team of our best developers and UX designers, working alongside actual sellers, to rebuild the platform from the ground up. After 6 months of development, countless user testing sessions, and multiple iterations, Tactical Arbitrage 2 was born.

Tactical Arbitrage 2.0 wasn’t just redesigned – it was rethought from the ground up with the help and guidance from Chris Grant, a world expert on Amazon sourcing strategies, multi–7 figure seller, and veteran TA user who’s coached over 4,000 sellers on how to source smarter.

How to get started with the Beta
The Tactical Arbitrage 2 Beta is currently available exclusively for Seller 365 customers and the capabilities are for product search with Tactical Edge. As a beta user, you’ll be among the first to experience our new platform and help shape its future.
To access the beta:
- Log in to your Seller 365 account
- Open up the Threecolts Launcher in the top right corner of your window and click “Beta”
- Get started with your first search!
